yeah. I agreed and said I was naive to think that terrorism was going to start being a problem regardless of who's doing it.

and then added that even if a particular country is selective of what "terror" is a problem and which isn't, we can step out of that context and still decide what kinda terrorism is unlawful (blowing up a passenger bus) and what kind is regular war (blowing up a military commander)
