To me, that would make it even better.......... I couldn't see him doing any type of action. He would have to be a dignitary or something like that.

to be fair they've had great actors like Robert Redford, Glen Close, and Anthony Hopkins do really well in roles that didn't require a lot of screen time. Pacino is likely just another actor fitting that mold. Even if they have him play a major charactor like mephisto (or voice act it) you know they will give most the villain screen time to another character like Dormannu or Baron Mordo
