Correct. He got drunk and was passed out. shyt happened between his girl and his friends. It's up in the air whether she willingly did it or not with the friends. Ak smashed her later that night, but she admits that was consensual(she sent text msgs to him the following morning saying it was consensual with Ak) and Ak didnt know what happened with his friends. Police already investigated everything and found no wrong doing on Ak's part iirc.
