The suit alleges Allen “defamed” Abashe by “accusing her of voluntarily having an orgy with his friends at his home while maintaining that he never participated at all.”
The suit goes on to allege that Allen knew his statements in the video were “misleading and false, as he was in possession of text messages from Ms. Abashe, where she stated that she did not know what happened to her on July 16, 2022, and that it was Mr. Allen who informed her of the night’s events.”
Ak is done, it's all his fault, and she's going to cash out on him.
She is not saying he's guilty of raping her - he's saying he's guilty of presenting her sexual assault at the hands of his two friends as consensual. Given that she told him via text that it wasn't, and she told the police that it wasn't - what do you think is gonna happen?
Yes Ak was cleared of criminal wrongdoing....but then by going on the fukking internet to say that she willingly had sex with the two of them, he is red handed guilty and shot himself in both feet.

The messed up thing is you never know who can be a predator. He's been fukking since he was a teenager, getting women isn't anything to him. When I first heard the allegations, I asked him about it. He played it off as a joke and said "hoes be lying".
