If no charges are filed the attorneys have no say period. I wouldn’t call that celebrating either ive only stayed the facts. If AK goes to jail and does 100 years or gets sued and loses 100 million it doesn’t affect me either way.The cops aren't the ones who have a final say in criminal charges...the attorneys do. So as far a celebrating him being "cleared" or whatever, i wouldn't hold my breathe if I was you

What attorney are you referring to because no attorney files charges that I know of. Either the police grand jury or prosecutors have to do that as far as I know so maybe you mean something else not attorney. I can go to the police department and say you robbed me you don’t automatically go to jail they investigate and if they find evidence corroborating my claim you go to jail

oh Ok when you said attorney I’m thinking the attorney representing the girl or defending AK. But yes if the prosecutor or grand jury decides to go ahead with charges that can still happen but unless more evidence comes up that’s highly unlikely. As far as civilly it’s way easier for her to get a W but not a guarantee. Ak winning the civil suit doesn’t mean he’s innocent either just like if the girl wins it doesn’t mean AK is guilty
