The WWE was foolish for drafting the Club to Raw instead of Smackdown. Imagine the Bullet Club/Club dominating Smackdown with AJ as WWE champion and Anderson and Gallows as Smackdown tag team champions.
I had a thought in the back of my mind when they split them that Vince wanted to see if AJ is as good as he is without the whole Club gimmick. When they got together, that's really when AJ took the next step. Cokeboy must be head over heels in love with AJ. I can't remember the last time he put the title on a non-WWE established star this quickly.

I think what he's saying is that AJ was always the top guy in TNA for all these years in which was by default the second biggest promotion in the States. People wished for AJ in WWE for years, I don't know if a lot of people knew who Finn even was until a few years ago. AJ skipped NXT and sonned Cena twice + won the main belt with all the history.
Flair came in, talked shyt to hogan, sonned out savage and won the belt in a few months...

This. KO is my dude and all, and love that he's one of the top champions, but the Red Velvet Cake Title is second as far as I'm concerned, especially since the name of the title is actually worse than the title itself
