The only thing I could imagine when reading the OP were Ahmeds promos from War Zone.
There were like 4 more of those with them translating actual Ahmed promos. I know 2 of them were when Ahmed challenged Stone Cold after costing him the IC title, and when Ahmed joined the Nation
