Being logical is knowing that your decisions won't be exactly logical (which is fine). Your decisions are primarily dictated by your life experiences and "common sense" (or environmental feedback loop which is based upon what "seemingly" works) which is environment dependent. I.E., you don't live in a vacuum that would allow for perfect decision making skills. (Look into apperception for more on this topic).
