Back in season 3 shield still had the money and resources to build that level of tech for Coulsons arm.

But in season 5 they came right out of the future into an old shield base and it was straight up said that they didn't have enough resources to do the same thing they did for Coulson which is why Mack had to go and take one of the robot goons the superior controlled and use it to replace yoyo's arms. At the end of the day tho, her arms are comic book accurate so it's not a big deal.

Since Endgame made the multiverse and timelines canon, it's most likely that AoS S5 time-travelling made a new timeline of its own where Thanos came but the Snap didn't happen in the same way or at all. It could also be that AoS takes place in the Rogers-Peggy timeline.

Since Endgame made the multiverse and timelines canon, it's most likely that AoS S5 time-travelling made a new timeline of its own where Thanos came but the Snap didn't happen in the same way or at all. It could also be that AoS takes place in the Rogers-Peggy timeline.

Honestly, that's probably much more thought than the writers put into it. They were all probably sitting in the writers room like "Aight everybody, let's just not acknowledge all that shyt shall we?"
