Eh...I spent most of my time doomscrolling and half assing Game Pass games. As a PC breh, it's also frustrating as the games are somewhat behind in updates, which defeats the purpose.
I might as well get the games cheap on Steam or a key site
Once upon a time PC gamers got games dirt cheap on steam in comparison to consoles. But that is no longer the case.
Games are on sale more than they are not on Xbox. Currently having a spring sale along with an indie sale along with a Sega Publisher sale and I wouldn't be surprised if there's others going concurrently. I wish list games and they end up dirt cheap within a month on average.
But people get weird with this stuff acting like their collection will be there forever. It wont. You won't be using the same mediums in the future.
And the future shyt will crap all over your old stuff while at the same time you can play all your old stuff on it. Gamers be acting like they gotta save games for the apocalypse. How you gonna play with no electricty? Would you use a battery for a handheld in your bunkers? Its silly shyt imo
If I’m keeping it a buck I only use game pass for the day one exclusives and i treat ps+ like steam, which means I’m just adding games to my library that I may or may not play.
Just day 1 exclusives

I mean, I like the idea of the day 1's but it's really about if a game is worthy of your time or not.
So the day 1 stuff is superficial. There are way too many amazing games on there to limit yourself to just day 1's. I'm talking games that are not mainstream. Like, we all play the mainstream games. That don't make it good, just means they had more money to market.
I'd even argue that the Day 1's are the cherry on top, while the types of games I'm talking about is what makes Gamepass special in the first place
