You wouldn't be dictating your own wage; you would be forced to take whatever low wage they give you. Killing the minimum wage, killing the NLRB, killing the DOL, and severely weakening regulation would set the labor movement back to square one. How in the heck would that be good for workers?

They might be fishing for a better case but this is good in the short term for workers. There is no doubt all federal regulatory agencies are gonna be under attack after the Chevron ruling.
