Democrats have a far left problem. The further the grassroots pushes the party to the left, the more moderates they'll lose. Abortion is a winning issue on a micro level, but abortion can't been the key plank on a national platform. Unlimited immigration, climate change policies, LGBTQ issues are losing issues that the Democrats need to abandon.

Democrats needs to push the Shapiros, Fetterman to the forefront and hell even get Andrew Cuomo back into the fold. Bootyjudge, Newsome, Moore and Whitmer would be a mistake to push to the forefront. Democrats were lost in the sauce from 1980-1991 until Bill Clinton moderated the party in 1992.

Yea they could, you just did not listen to them because you probably did not like the source it came from. They voted for him in the hopes of fixing the economy, bringing jobs back to the US by encouraging companies to remain in the US, and to remove a lot of the illegal aliens out of their areas, since those areas were being overburdened by the populations and the cities running out of money. They also wanted us out of the Ukraine, which will not happen, but that is their hope and some on the Left wanted us to stop sending funds to Israel as it continued its genocide of Palestinians (Who were mainly the Arabs that voted for Trump).

The problem you guys have is that you refuse to understand the positions your enemy is taking, and so then end up being out maneuvered do to your ignorance of them. You assume they have no valid reason's for the positions they take, and so you disregard them by stating they don't know anything. It is a very disrespectful way to deal with people, and people can see that disrespect and return it in kind. 1. Him making the policy of lowering the taxes of companies in the US, while raising tariffs on them outside of the US will in their minds increase the chance of the companies making their homes in the US. Which translates into more jobs.

2. Him strengthening the border by putting back in the policy of remain in place until vetted, while also empowering ICE to remove those here in the US illegally, will lower the burden on the communities that were suffering do to migrants draining their tax base of resources.

3. Him taking an American First position about expenditure of funds by vetoing the funding bills that went through for Ukraine and Israel is really all the policy they wanted from him on that issue.

He has actually stated policies to them about the first 2, but they also have hope that he will change the foreign policy concerning the last one.
