After Cali, there's not a single state touching Texas at all.

All I said is that you must have never experienced south florida and you are putting up south beach shooting videos like it represents the state as a whole.. You are the contradictory one here..I know that you are a young dude, pay attention in college man.. your rationalization skills and ability reason without trying to crush others is not a good look..

You need these skills in order to have a sensible conversation with intelligent people

Fam, the last video I posted was not of Dallas nor Houston, so again you're just proving you don't know what you are talking about. I make a thread saying STATE wise Texas is top 2. You come in here trying to battle this claim by comparing the entire state of Texas to Miami. What sense does that make? Were you trying to say Florida is better than Texas as a whole? You can say that and I can just as easily South Beach does not represent Florida as a whole either, friend.

Yall are fukking contradictory idiots. Talking about "These few cities dont represent the whole texas" but then gone turn around and compare single cities like Miami or NYC to the WHOLE state on texas. Dumbass nikkas :snoop:

That wasn't me.

Even outside of cities like Dallas and Houston, texas STILL has dime women and good colleges.

True but, a lot of people say that about other areas too. :yeshrug:

All I was saying is that you must have never been to Miami..People have there own opinions on different places some people feel Atlanta is the place to be..its a city but people look at it like representing GA. Every major city has some wack @ass areas and its almost impossible to argue a state and say its better than another because at the end of the day some people might not like that type of life...I know people that has lived in texas and they said state is wack..or houston is a decent growing city etc...all I am saying is that Miami is nice if you have a little cash to afford to live that life..I never been to texas but I know all of that big @ss state isnt modernized.

North Jersey
Nobody wants to see Jersey

no wonder so many NY celebrities live over here. No wonder every other reality show is located in Jersey. Then its our malls, our food diversity, our Shore, our amusement parks, the club scene in North Jersey, our Earth porn in South Jersey, the culture we cop from Philly, the NYC bleed over in the North.... Jersey is practically a Northern and Southern state all in one. Then there's our gas stations....I can proudly raise my kids knowing they'll never have to fill up their own gas:to:

People live in Jersey just to live close to NYC. Stop it breh, unless you living large in some spot like West New York or Edgewater you don't really want to live in Jersey.

Where do you recommend outside of that area (which is right by the GW Bridge) Newark, Union, Jersey City, Fort Lee? :comeon:

too deep in jersey and you might as well live in Philly IMO

In the Silver Lining
Riding the metro rail for free :win:

Its going be a good look when they began to complet the other lines.......its going to be a big deal, going to start seeing development going crazy near them fresh light rail stations......... I've already seen new apartment buildings, complexes, condos near the ones under construction.....NICE places......the variety of housing styles I've seen inside the 610 is amazing, all kinds of styles :whoo:........... need to get my real estate shiit together... :ohhh: .......................................... :steviej:

I think there is a big vote coming up or referendum about getting money available to pay for new construction or something like that.....

County throws its weight behind Metro referendumWednesday, September 12, 2012

Harris County Commissioners Court on Tuesday unanimously approved a resolution supporting a referendum Metro has placed on the Nov. 6 ballot.

The ballot item will ask voters whether to continue diverting part of the Metropolitan Transit Authority’s sales tax revenues to local governments for road projects. For decades, a fourth of Metro’s 1 percent sales tax has been diverted to the city, county and 14 small cities in the transit agency’s service area for road, bridge, sidewalk and other non-transit projects (the “general mobility” program).

If the referendum passes, Metro’s share of its overall sales tax revenues would increase from 75 percent today to a projected 81 percent in 2025, netting an extra $400 million that otherwise would have gone to roadwork under the current formula. As demanded by county officials, Metro must spend that cash on buses, bus shelters, and to pay down debt – not for rail. Another referendum would be called by the end of 2025.

If the ballot item fails – as transit boosters hope – Metro would keep all of its sales tax dollars.

I'm pretty sure New Mexico is touching Texas??? :jawalrus:
