The NBA said they fined him for an inappropriate gesture, not for insubordination after being told not to do it.

So again, if other players are doing the same inappropriate gesture, why haven’t they been fined. That's the point.

Was Knect warned or fined for this gesture as well?

nikka he was suspended fukk a fine :gucci:

Was Dalton Knecht previously suspended for gun antics?

It's like you nikkas are missing the point on purpose

Right, but they fined him because they were embarrassed because he "punked" them.
If you have criminal record, you will get judged harder if you get charged with another crime.

You might never have been charged with any crime, but surely you’ve seen it in movies and series. It’s the same in real life

It’s not black and white. Some judges do that and others don’t. Some mfs are repeat offenders and get the same or less bail than first time offenders. Some repeat offenders get multiple chances while some first time offenders get roofed immediately. Movies may imitate real life but it ain’t the same.

Perhaps in Chicago and other failed cities

Draymond is literally beating ppl up on and off the court. He Superman punched his teammate and his teammate got traded :dwillhuh: meanwhile Ja getting warned for shooting finger guns and everybody else gets a chuckle. I don’t know the gun laws off the top of my head but I’d guess that it’s legal to own guns in Memphis? What law did he exactly break?

Why are you playing dumb?

The Poole incident was an internal matter so the Warriors handled that with a fine but on the court the league handles that. Draymond has been suspended by the league multiple times for crossing the line. Because of his history he's under a microscope.

The NBA doesn't have to abide by US gun laws. They are a private company and players have to follow rules that they set.

League rule:
Players cannot possess firearms while traveling on any NBA-related business, whether on behalf of their team, the NBA, or any league-related entity.

Here's Ja at a strip club during a road trip to Denver:

League rule:
The NBA doesn't want players to wave, brandish, or display firearms in a way that could be seen as contributing to gun violence or violating safety standards.

Just like Draymond Ja is under a microscope due to his pattern of behavior.

I'm waiting for one of you "other players are doing it" folk to provide evidence of the other players who are doing gun gestures violating league rules with actual guns.

Two different things. Getting caught with a gun & making a gesture is not one in the same.

By yall logic, Draymond should be fined he does a throwing fist gesture since that can be seen as violent gesture since he's kicked & punched people on court, huh.

Something about Ja that transforms these men to Karens, praying for a white taskmaster to come back as NBA commissioner and whip Ja into submission :mjlol:
I’m pretty sure that it’s Joe Dumars calling these shots. Silver is not engaged in low level shyt like dishing out small fines for obscene gestures.

And Joe Dumars from what I know is an a lot more standup black man than Ja Morant :dahell:

He might not like the organization he runs being part of promoting behavior that’s one of the biggest opps to his community, nothing more or less
