TBH - at some point you need to assimiliate and integrate. we should be doing the same here with Native Americans (especially since blacks never received proper reparations). But no one is willing to review that.


Brazil should be an economic behemoth in the world and they aren't because they haven't been focused, sometimes you need someone who rights the ship, then you can begin to worry about "pet projects".
