I'm sorry but I use to rank them high but LA has got to have the wackest black women, plus they bedwench like crazy just like New York City black women...

Outside of creoles, I don't see how New Orleans would be that high....especially over Houston and DMV where there is a nationwide rep for beautiful AA women.

Also I thought you didn't rank Houston high? Anyways I just personally like the good o'le southern traditional New Orleans style on their women.
