You're running in circles but my point still stands. until literacy rates go up and science/math is prioritized over there, there's not much advancing that we can do. Keep in mind that the Meiji Restoration (Japan) and Deng Xiaoping (China) both focused on making sure that their citizens were literate and proficient in science and math. This is honestly what lead to both countries advancing so fast. Before you say "Japan had the help from America", I am talking about Japan before WW1. Most African countries instead are filled with superstition and religion; literacy rates barely crack 50 percent in some areas SMH
