Agreed. Bale's batman never grabbed me
I think Affleck plays a great Bruce Wayne
I think Affleck plays a great Bruce Wayne
you came in here being a hoe nikka. You get what you givecalling someone a prisoner of the moment is not a insult but me calling you a musty ass twat is
When it comes to Batman, you have Bruce Wayne and the suit...
Nolans Bruce Wayne is the GOAT, both he and Bale knocked that aspect of the character out the park IMO...
Nolans suit Batman is a completely different story though, every bit bit as bad as Clooney and Kilmer if not worse...From the suit design, to the laughably stiff combat scenes with three cuts for a simple drop kick and that fukking voice...Awful and cringe in every sense and I don't see how anyone can dispute this...
The fact the best Nolan Batman film was outshined by Joker in his own shyt is also telling...That didn't even happen to Keaton with Jack as the Joker, both performances were strong and memorable...
Batfleck is the only one that did both Bruce and the suit justice, both performances were on point and that is why he is the GOAT IMO...and he outshined Superman in a movie you might as well call MOS2...Batfleck was one the few positives in BvS with that warehouse scene the undisputed GOAT batman live action scene in film history...
I’m saying. I have no idea why people his Batman was good. They are literally just in love with how he looks in the suit + the CGI and ignoring everything else. Dude was not a good BatmanAffleck is not a good actor and nowhere near Christian Bale acting skills
Synder has a good visual style because he literally bites off graphic novels and uses them as storyboards, 300 and Watchmen are prime examples, so giving him props for his movies looking like comic books isn't saying much because they are comic books taking straight off graphic novel panels
They didn't use any CGI in Christian Bale movies, but that's why they still look good because everything you seeing is real
I mean the vehicles in the nolam movies and the scenes that involve look ten times better than anything in bvs or justice league as far as batman is concerned
Why is Batman bigger than superman this is why DCEU was just trash
Affleck doesn't talk like Batman, he doesn't act like Bruce Wayne, he's just not that guy
it's like the boiler room movie, when he tries to be be Alec Baldwin from Glengary with the closer speech, it might sound good if you never seen Glengary Glenross, it's no comparison, just like a younger Alec Baldwin would have been a better bruce wayne and batman compared to Michael Keaton.
But Keaton is a way better actor than Afleck, he could convey things without words, and be physical intimidating
In the DCEU movies we never see Batman being physical intimidating, there's no scene like in the 89 Batman movie where Joker punches Batman in the body and hurts himself, or the infamous "I'm Batman" line in the opening
Christian Bale in Batman begins blows away Affleck, not even a comparison, its too bad the rest of the trilogy went into an entirely different direction when Nolan got a big budget.
Afleck sucks he can't. He's Afleck in the Bat suit he's not Affleck. Ben Affleck is not that buff, the CGI the nikka, that's why Batman looks like a cartoon because HE IS, the suit is CGI, the CAPE IS CGI, his muscles are CGI
the shyt is trash
That movie on any apps?I've been saying this since that warehouse scene in BVS
vuduThat movie on any apps?
He did in the party sceneI always felt Affleck perfectly encompassed Bruce Wayne in the BvS party scene.
Tony Stark also gave away his home address in part 3 and acted all surprised when they firebombed his placeHe did in the party scene
But the whole going undercover AS BRUCE WAYNE to search for the "The White Russian" bothered the fukk out of me
Shows a lack of understanding of the character. He would never do something so reckless.
And...it keeps in tune with this burning desire that these studios have directors have with making superheroes unmask themselves or reveal themselves to the public
With the except of Stark in Iron Man, which is pretty much on code for Stark considering his ego, OR with Banner who really never had a choice in the matter, the shyt is largely unnecessary and sometimes even detrimental IMO
