This right here. Revenue only accounts for the amount of income a business generates. It doesn't take the operating costs into account so while these numbers look nice, they don't tell the whole story.

That being said, the WWE has monetized it's brand well. They've created multiple streams of revenue to offset expenses and add to profits, plus they made some big money moves so it's not surprising they're doing well despite the issues with the core product. Say what you will about Vince, Steph, and the rest of them but from a branding and business standpoint they seemed to have figured out a strategy that's working. Whether it's sustainable long term is the real question.

The Friday night death slot is only applicable to regular tv shows. SD was doing good on Friday nights for a long time. Vince will have to hit the reset button before the move, because he can't take the current version to Fox. Honestly they need to be more worried about Raw because that show is in much worse shape.
