Oh don't play that game with me. He goes all out in all these high profile matches putting guys over.
He doesn't NEED the AEW Title. He stays over and someone gets a boost. Whether it be Omega, Page or MJF, Bryan is doing what he feels is best by losing. He keeps going out there and putting the belt over because he keeps clawing hia way back to it no matter what.

Maybe the end game is for it to be pointed out to Bryan that THIS is the one world championship he can't win. That he's past his prime. That he's not as good as he thinks he is. That lights a fire under him and whomever the champ is at that time can make it Title vs Career at a big show. Either way it's a big story waiting to be told.
