Dude come on, two things can be true.

Punk has a history of causing drama and feeling himself too much.

He quits WWE abruptly because despite having a feud with Taker, Jericho, Brock and the rock of all people, he felt slights for not getting the last match at mania. He tells everyone that they fired him on his wedding day but that was after he walked out and refused to come back. Yet the fans act like he didn't quit and it was on WWE to bring him back.

He then goes to Colt's podcast to air out everyone, speak crazy on the doctors and all of upper management including talent in WWE. WWE threatens to sue because of defamation of character (which it was), Colt agrees to take it down but Punk his boy said he would pay the legal fees and the interview should be left up. They sue and then punk and Colt have a falling out, I wonder why:martin:.
He then leaves wrestling for 8 years despite the fans begging him to return. Not to start a family, no to go get washed in MMA, start some trash comics or whatever and do some D list movies. Oh and most importantly raise a stupid dog which he talks about like his son:snoop:

In 2021 he comes back and claims he did it for the fans and to help young talent and not even a full year later he is shytting on said young talent.

He has said he is mad that Page said something he shouldn’t have. But if he hadn’t made a big deal about it no one would have known

He then airs Colt out for no reason at this conference when no one asked him about it, he shyts on the elite because they are friends with Page and basically invites those dudes to come see him.

But you going to tell me that THEY were wrong for showing up to address him like a man? This dud been unprofessional, drama queen his whole career, and he made some comments public about shyt no one knew about. He claims the elite leaked some info but no one knew about any of this before he started whining about it out of nowhere.

He came back after 8 years, won the top title, got injured and got it right back in under a year, but all he can do is complain about some petty ass high school shyt.. Dude is miserable and to be honest overrated as fukk. He is now rumored to be threatening to quit, at this point if I was Khan, I wouldn't care either way. You will never please him
Well when you put it that way

Cornette is right though
Punk is just talent he can say or do whatever similar to how MJF did it when he had his issues its not like he is immune to being reprimanded for his behavior. His role is essentially just a high profile talent
but
The Elite are executives in the company and beyond mere employees or workers what they do reflects the AEW culture and can be seen as a situation where higher ups are absolutely against a specific talent

If it begins with Punk you can bet they will do the same to MJF when and if he gets put over

TK needs to strip them of the role imo

Even Cody said he probably didn't want to handle it like Punk and just left but no its too big now for them to be able to push out cm punk over this

Punk is basically this generations warrior when you think about it. It’s goes beyond protection your spot and money like others(Hogan, Flair, Nash, HHH, etc) He has the worst traits of Hart and Warrior. Just absolute delusional of his importance and self worth in the business. A complete and utter mark for himself. Burned bridges everywhere. Hopefully he learns to humble himself like Warrior did in his later years.

Here's what all of yall keep intentionally leaving out.

Punk won the lawsuit against WWE and the doctor. He was legitimately hurt and had a staph infection from poor treatment the man could've fukking died.

I get Punk is an a$$hole but people move the goal posts and act like he doesn't have a right to be pissed off.

"Ryback hurt me"
"That's right Punk Goldberg 2.0 is dangerous"
"They fired me on my wedding day"
"Vince is wrong and petty"

Why would Vince need to apologize for the firing on his wedding day because even he knew that was fukked up and Vince rarely apologizes publicly. He told Trips they could talk after his honeymoon and AJ was still there and talked about plans for the wedding. They knew when it was they had talent go to the wedding but they decided to be petty.

Once again I get it he's an a$$hole but please keep the goalposts the same

That right there is why he gets no sympathy,

He deserved to be fired, whether it was on his wedding day or the honeymoon. You really think Punk didn't plan his walkout right in time to prepare for his wedding? He should have straightened out all of that before he went and got married. He went about the whole thing wrong, so when petty shyt happens to him I have a hard time giving a fukk.

Punk is clearly incredibly insecure, but he was WWE champion for 434 days and probably headlined around 6 or 7 PPV's in that time. I'd be pissed off too if I was champion and the main event of a PPV I was wrestling on was John Cena vs John Laurinaitis :pachaha:
Well the quarter hours showed his segments were losing viewers, so he needs to be mad at himself for not being a draw. :manny:
