Big sis came through with the belated b-day gift card, so I'm preordering Fight Forever and MK1. The game looks like it could be pretty decent, which is fine since people can just alternate between 2k & this. Seeing so many matches end quickly is going to lead to people losing interest after a while.
Happy belated, Breh!
:salute:

SO glad to hear there's a CAW mode. No Mercy's is deep enough that I've been playing it for over 20 years, this is the sequel I've been waiting for since. Some of it looks unfinished as far as different modes go, I haven't seen options for tornado tag, or any other basic match options like pinfall/submission/KO, time limit, ring count out time, or anything like that. Hopefully dude just glossed over it, because little stuff like that is what makes a great wrestling game, imo. And hopefully both 3 way and 4 way matches have the option of being first fall OR elimination rather than the No Mercy style of triple threats having to be first fall/submission/KO and 4 way having to be elimination.

I still can't get over the fact that we're limited to only four wrestlers in the ring at a time. :scust:

I'm definitely not happy about this either, and hope it's something they plan on updating since they claim this isn't going to be a yearly release and will instead have new people/moves/modes/whatever else added over time.

This is honestly the most disappointing thing about this game to me so far. I'm still playing a 23 year old wrestling game that supports 4 people on screen at once, how has that not been improved on since the year I graduated highschool, on the damn Nintendo 64??!?!?

Meanwhile Royal Rumble on Dreamcast, a wrasslin’ game released in 2000 was able to support 9 wrestlers on screen. :pachaha:

I’m pretty sure Royal Rumble that was released in 1993 on SNES supported 6 people in the ring at the same time

Edit :francis:

I’m still looking forward to the game tho

Hopefully it got a Universe type mode where you can play month to month with PPV every 2-3 months or so.

Has anyone seen anything bout this?

If it’s just an exhibition mode or a mode where u fight a gauntlet of people to win a championship that would be :hhh:
