While WWE is still the tops in ratings, there is no doubt that Swerve wouldn't be in his position if he was still in WWE. It's not about wrestling skill, but getting television time to showcase your character. There are some wrestlers in WWE who will lose television time to re-debuts and need a place to work... be it wherever.
