AEW does have a nice women's roster. If they continue the agreement with Impact, they could have some very good matchups with the women in the Knockouts division.

I'm still waiting for TNA to send Jordynn Grace over to have a lady hoss feud with Nyla Rose or vice versa.

As far as the others, outside of Santana and Ortiz, they need more seasoning before going to a primetime show. Big difference between appearing on a taped show being seen by 250-300k people vs a live show seen by 2-3 times the amount of eyeballs.
This. With the amount of younger talent they have and two youtube shows, juniors belts would help bring more eyeballs to those Youtube only shows

I know about the injuries. My point is that there are more tag teams than just the Young Bucks and their weekly opponents:
FTR,
the Good Brothers (they do run-ins each week, TNA will probably let them rassle on Dynamite),
H2,
Taylor & Cassidy,
etc.
They have enough teams to feature on Wednesday nights.

They don't know how to work as actual heels (a lá FTR or Death Triangle), so they're cosplaying as what they think heels should be. However, they don't have the chops to pull off being "cool heels".
They want to be Hall & Nash, but they're really 2 (much smaller) X-Pacs who have the book.

not really Young Bucks but I think anyone in their industry that’s a long time veteran and been through whatever schools, indies and companies knows how to work as actual heels and faces.
It really just comes down to the choices they make to portray what they are doing. So I think it’s kinda disrespectful and short sighted to say any vet don’t know how.
Also, I don’t believe with what all these guys in any company does, there is one way and only one way to do things and if you don’t do it that way it’s wrong.
I mean MHassan when you think of it was a BABYFACE…. And some of the ways that Edge has been doing his thing with Roman, one can argue that he is the heel. Does that mean than Edge can’t be a Face or Hassan a Heel? Naw.
Also I think after the NWO, the way a Heel can be played has changed and can never go back.
More people are the cool heels than the hated heels, I see no difference be it that style and what The Undisputed or Sami Zayn has done
