MAPPA needs to fix their work conditions so they can hire enough animators to handle these big series

They already running them people into the dirt doing JJK/csm/attack on Titan/Jigo and others to the point that the animators are having breakdowns on social media having more staff would make all of this easier and keep the quality high, but who wants to work slave hours with unrealistic due dates and if the quality drops NO blame goes to the hire ups who created these circumstances

The craziest part is that Mappa was created after Mad House had become too greedy and started taking too many projects and not letting animators and directors cook, which was the main reason Mad House was created in the first place.

So Maruyama says fukk this shyt I'm starting over with Mappa so we can have less projects and more creative freedom.

Fast forward 12 years and Mappa has too many projects, their animators are run to the ground and directors complain that is impossible to give A+ work with the deadlines they are given....and Mad House is only taking 3 projects per year and letting stuff like Frieren look flawless.

I imagine a different studio, but nonetheless hopefully they don't fukk it up like they did ninja kaimu, in which the first 2 eps seemed like we were in for the greatest thing ever... and then okie doke

or that other CN anime that i never watched but ventured into the thread, and dudes were sayin the entire budget went into ep 1 or something, and the rest was trash/plagued with creative issues

dub sounds janky. after Uzimaki I hope the QA team at AdultSwim had a team meeting. they can't keep paying big names for projects with no overhead. at least Netflix will pull you to the side and try a season 2.

Dub is done by Sentai, which is hit or miss since they rarely use big names and that's Adult Swim's main dub studio. Though they used a different studio for Uzumaki and thus had bigger names on it.

Tbh it feels weird for them to be cheap for dub casting since they are delaying sub shows for a month behind it.

Probably didn’t want too many comparisons to Cowboy Bebop. Its clear from the trailer that this is its own thing.

I could see Blum maybe doing a cameo voice for a one episode type character but its probably for the best that he’s not voicing a main character.
