The hope is false and the comment was self-centered and tone deaf, and trivializes the importance of the Ferguson situation by tieing it in to his case for beating his 4 year old.

I don't think that he's actually holding out hope. To me it looks like he's pointing out the fact that when the prosecutor wants to put a charge on you, they'll do it regardless of the grand jury process. Thats why he's saying trust in god...cuz the system is broken

1. He too, was not indicted by a grand jury. A decision that was overturned a week later.

2. Maybe, but not likely will the same thing happen to Wilson.

He did not say anything of value to the situation.
