Great host, fun podcast guest, he was fine on MLB. I'm sure he'll bounce back, but I'm still annoyed that they threw him out there and expected him to learn that shyt on the fly. Even he said that he only started watching again in like December when he was going for the job. WWE tries way too hard to be legitimate and then get mad when legitimate casters don't want to spew all the dumb shyt that they say. Hope he got a big bag for that.

I think JR should just be a road agent at this point...and announce on special occasions
you cant go from being a top guy on ESPN to doing 205 live & main event.

Dude had zero experience calling wrestling and hasn't watched consistently in years he should of been on any thing shown on television outside of Raw or SD! to gain experience.
I think Jimmy Smith will be better but they need to let these outside cats be color commentator and let some one who has experience in wrestling guide the way.

I agree, but I prefer the 2-man booth. They should just let Tony be the PBP guy with someone on color other than Excalibur or Taz. I don't know who though.
