Show your physical strength, the show's called Tough Enough for a reason. Find the most impressive physical performance feat you can do repeatedly/consistently (one armed push-ups, deadlift whatever weight you can deadlift, carry sandbags, whatever) and drop a promo (no breaking a sweat, no huffing/puffing, like a straight normal conversation) while performing said physical performance feat to show as if this shyt is just daily routine for you.
