I don't know man. Broner would have to do a whole lot more than usual to even look decent against Pac and we know Pac would gain his 20 pounds of muscle overnight.

Pacquiao has been KOd on 3 different occasions and dropped too many times to remember...plus Broner is bigger than him and has only touched the deck twice in his career (both times against an extremely larger Maidana who packs a stronger punch)
