But Rose says "my sons are gonna read about their daddy". Well their daddy is Rose, who died (I assume talking in future tense) from a heroin addiction. Rose and his daughter are both addicts? Breh I'm so confused Normally I'm smart about these things but I'm just lost here

It wasn't really cryptic but the sentence structure was kind of weird in the beginning. He was saying that his sister had a drug problem and his second violation of the Wellness Policy both won't be a good look for his family.
