I just rewatched the game and it isn't as bad as people are saying. They were playing ok until the last few mins. Just need more defense and less turnovers.

This is basically a whole new squad except Lebron, AD, THT, Dwight, and Rondo. Need time to build more chemistry and work out some small kinks .

The only real problem is the mismatch in speed with the Warriors. They were getting blown by.

I wouldn't be shocked if Reaves starts the year and honestly it's not a bad idea

Russ look like Wade at the end on some of these drives to the rim.

In fact the reason Bron/Wade worked so well despite their games overlapping is because Wade finished so well. Russ gotta make his shots count. Cause I think early he's going to be basically just drives to the rims and open shots until he gets comfortable.

Don’t make sense even comparing Russ to Wade tho. Wade shot 60% even 70% at the rim. You talking about a top 5 finisher to ever play the game….Wade at 6’4 was up there with Bron, Giannis and Shaq. Russ ain’t ever been in that type of stratosphere. I’m just hoping the nikka can just improve his overall efficiency.

People forget how great of a player Wade was. Though, 2013/2014 Wade is an interesting comparison for current Russ. You would hope Russ could be better than that version of Wade.
