Need Monk to either be lights out shooting in practice/preseason or THT to be looking like a lockdown wing defender.

The entire starting lineup cant be THAT old. You need some youth out there to make hustle plays/easy scoring plays.

You need that because you dont want to be too slow with Russ. You negate his strengths by doing that.
