Sorry, that's another B
Discuss. I remember when Yonkers dropped and that's literally what anyone was talking about at any time, the OF movement was insane it was like a shift in the whole culture took place. A$AP as well
I guess the soundcloud wave of the past couple of years did that too?
You think so ? When you say soundcloud wave are you referring to Lil Yachty, Playboi Carti etc ?
Yes none of his success was earned and was all because of the white man. What exactly did Curly do to shake up the industry? And don't say sell a lot of records because he was riding an Eminem wave and co signed Dr Dre. What else did he do?
Yeah and XXX and Pump and all those guys too. I cant call Travis a Sound cloud rapper but I think hes part of that wave too (To a certain extent, maybe Im wrong)
Granted thats one specific artist or crew but in terms of a certain just coming and being all over the place I've really noticed it. Especially with the usual summer concerts and festivals I go to the past couple of years and just peeping how people play and dress to the music

You cacs disgust me
Yea I feel you, yea I'd put Travis just a little after that Wale, J. Cole wave. Owl Pharaoh and the tape he did with OG Chess was buzzing back then. What I just realized is that most of these acts that shake shyt up usually come out of groups (G Unit etc) and I don't see much groups nowadays

Borrow the Tupac marketing plan?
Get help from Westcoast legends like Dr Dre, Nate Dogg and Snoop on his singles?
Sing r&b like Ja Rule?
I'd speak more on Odd Future but they are nothing more than Wu Tang with Kick Flips, fukk outta here.
