If she wants to help possible future victims, she needs to expose the rapists. If she values her dignity and justice over money, she should name names or keep quiet. Acting like these people are above the law actually empowers them even more to keep doing the same shyt.

This is probably gonna be looked at as pessimistic as fukk but it's real shyt, I don't think this will even help future victims, it'd just punish (from a social perspective, because nothing criminal will come from this) whoever the guy is she's gonna call out.
