Actors that will make you check out a movie

It has to be some other factors involved, because all actors have been in shyt films that I have no intention of seeing.

Ones that raise my interest at least:

Christian Bale
Scarlett Johansson
Joaquin Phoenix
Natalie Portman
Mary Elizabeth Winstead
Daniel Day Lewis

Then you got all the old guys like Pacino, De Niro, Sam Jackson etc who always raise the value of movies. Its funny though, hardly any actors you can name that are actually a box office draw are under 40, once the older generation starts dying IDK how Hollywood can use an actors name to sell the film. You've gotta have like a string of great movies to your name to build up a reputation and all these young actors that are supposed stars just make trash for the most part.

Well Chadwick’s been the leading man in pretty much every film i’ve seen him in. Lakeith also has graduated to “leading man” status and Donald is dope in pretty much everything he does. Peele is more for his writing/directing acumen than his acting.

Yeah Peele's not really an actor like that. Glover's stuff is tied in with his writing. Someone said Spike Lee on the first page, really? I doubt it. If you want to talk directors, maybe, but he can barely act.

I almost put Lakeith on my list though, he's made some great choices.

Lakeith does both. He is supporting in that Adam Sandler movie Uncut Gems. But yeah you right about Chadwick.
