Notting hill with Hugh Grant. Rhys Ifans stole every scene he was in for a by the book Rom com.
Rhys Ifans is lowkey pretty underrated. He's pretty good in Formula 51/The 51st State, which is definitely a good bad movie. He's pretty bad in The King's Man, though. But I put that more on the movie itself not being that good more than anything. They just went too hard on making Rasputin an over the top villain.
