It’s still up to the parent company if they are gonna offer a reasonable buy out deal.

Most companies would rather just fold them into some other shyt they want to do.

Microsoft did them a solid by letting them go independent.

They're a good remake team and remakes are the wave right now. They can eat off Banjo, Sly, and Jak remakes. I know Sanzaru did the Sly remakes, but they could put out another full package with Thieves in Time remake added to it.

Nintendo partners with second-party devs all the time for remakes, for that matter. Grezzo can only do so much. Get Toys for Bob in here on Planet Robobot or Mole Mania for Switch 2.
