If this was soldier on soldiers violence, I bet it sparked because of bullying. Being in the military for a little while, I've seen it a lot. That's why I reframe from IRL trolling people, shyts all funny until dude brings a strap and starts spraying. I swear military people think that shyt can happen to them on base.. Depending on the racial/ethnic identity of the suspect, that part of the story about bullying may be completely ignored.
