Right now there's no link between the alarm and the incident. I heard there was a gas leak, so the alarm being pulled was genuine, the attacker was just being opportunistic. There were people arrested in a parking garage but they were not involved with the incident. There was only 1 suspect and so far no word of any co-conspirators or whatever.
