Don’t see how he continues to get a pass
I cancelled him after the Ghostface fiasco but I'm going to give this album a try .

Yeah the album with statik was good. So was the one with Alchemist. A couple early mixtapes were good.
IMO he can only do so much and released a lot of his best work before his official “debut album” (Mr wonderful) and by that time he has a little bit overexposed and then the album was a dud. Then the ghostface thing happened.
They pretty much killed discussion of him on this board. His 2nd official album was better. And this 3rd one is solid too.
But in the grand scheme of his catalogue his best music came out from 2011-2013. He has made a few songs since then that are on par with his older music (Terry, Prince Charming, Bonzai, etc) but not a whole project.
He makes above average and very serviceable NYC hip hop for sure but I still think his best thing going forward is being more of a media personality.

i wish he would work with some different producers and/or pick some different type of beats. Bronson relies heavily on these drumless loops with a lot of electric guitars. At a certain point they start to sound interchangeable. He definitely sounds better over harder beats. He picks a lot of lush production but I wish more of it banged.

This is alright. Action doesn't really change it up. This could have been released 5 years ago and not sounded much different.
