GFK had a conversation with Bronson soul all while standing in a coachs' stance listening to Teddy P. :dmaclol:
What i don't get is this: How are you "nervous" when ask about something that been pose to you for the umpteenth time? C'mon this isn't the first time the comparison has been brought up to you. Theyre many ways he could've addressed the situation but he chose that route because he feels he's "entitled". Normally, when ask he gives praise to GFK and always throws it out there that he is a G Rap fan (he did this with The XXL Freshman article). Not really a fan of dude , but i fool with others in his camp i.e. Meyhem Lauren , Spit Gemz etc so ive heard a verse from him. Back in the day Bronson and guys like Your Old Droog would've gotten they teeth knock they throat for appropriating, the old heads know im not bullshytting when i state this. I dont know yall.
I mean Ghost even allow dude to hurl his sub-par darts on Meteor Hammer with old beak nose Termanology.
Some will take the stance that Ghost is gassed but imo the past is relevant to the future, if we put a verse like "Impossible" with that ill storytelling and imagery Ghost uses to convey a story about dude being shot. Even the verse on Tony/Montana with Cormega where you didnt even want to listen to Cormega spit afterwards. Even his verse on Cash Still Rules (which is one of my favs) or recent TRTD2 Against bronson....
. Some folks on FB had the nerve to say he is bitter, but I disagree. It funny if you take a genre like Jazz you don't hear these modern-day artist dissing those that laid a platform down albeit the Miles Davis, The Monks, The Coltranes, even a female like Shirley Scott.... you dont hear a Wynton Maralis or Nicholas Payton dissing "Trane" or Dexter Gordon , you don't hear someone like Cassandra Wilson saying some disrespectful ish....or Esprenza Spalding saying some foul ish about Cassandra. Why the hell is it "cool" in this genre? Individualism is missing along with originality no one...or rather i should say folks nowadays are damn near afraid to be themselves. I think this is one of the reasons the culture in particular seems a bit diluted. Not mention we pass over the people that laid the foundation and made it what it is today
To get on a show where millions of people view and say some foul shyt....
AB is real damn lucky he hasnt ran into someone like Reverend William Burke yet & Killa Sin is locked down.
