yup depending on what part of the country you are in at least, if you goto a big box chain pharmacy like CVS you're most likely getting Qualitest. Walgreens/Duane Reade carries Actavis as the base-brand for just about every generic there is, but alas, as we all know, Actavis stopped making lean I don't know if I trust the reasoning of them "getting a bad rep" for stopping production, they still produce drugs that are 10000x worse. That sounds like more Actavis urban legend hype bullshyt. Those A215s are the biggest problem in the country right now, yet they don't seem to slow down on making those

Honestly, it's mainly because black people that are are using/abusing the drug. I remember when we got the email from corporate telling us to watch out for scripts for promethazine with codeine, and they actually had the street names in the email "drank", "lean" etc. I'm pretty confident if it were whites predominately using the drug it would have been much more discreet.

on another note, us govt is to blame for this. yeah some states legalizing weed...which stepped on Mexican toes. so they did what any businessman would do...cut down Reggie production, increase opiate production. +heroin , + knock off lean, migos still getting $$$$

not to mention weed activates opioid receptors too. so weed smokers are ready for opiates.... weed+heroin supposed to be greatest combo
