Al-amriki belongs to a sub group called Millatu Ibraahim and they disagree with head of Shabaab on matters of finance, bombings, civilian casualties, local administration. Millatu Ibraahim are more educated and realize their days are numbered if the current head aren't replaced, however they have no real power to make that happen.
