1500-1800 calories though. Seems very low. Why would it affect you're sex drive though :dame:

Low calories plus the lack of fats imo..

I'm trying to put more dairy and fish into my diet..and up the calories at least twice a week to 2000..

But my stomach should be flat by june...

Gonna start doing situps

My stomach has gone down quite a bit and I lost 19lbs in almost 3 months...

I burn between 2500-3000 calories a day..
On an off day from work where I don't go to the gym is probably 2000..

I try to stay in the 1500 to 1800 range for calories...my sex drive has taken a hit:to:

My diet list is lamb/tuna wrap with white sauce

Lamb over rice

Egg and cheese on a roll

Peanut butter and banana smoothie with spinach/maca/eggs/and nut milk (pause:dame:)

Rice and beans with cod fish

Fish with cabbage(mac and cheese sometimes)

Those the only things I been eating and drinking

Sparkling water or the Gatorade with no calories..

If I'm that hungry, I will eat a pack of cashews...

I measure calories and estimate the rest...

No meat or beef since november..:ld:...

I might use this diet. My biggest problem is not knowing what I'm going to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner then end up eating something unhealthy bc I didn't prepare anything :snoop:
I'm trying to drop 20-30 lbs by July... that's 6 months

5'7 201 lbs :mjcry:

I do alot of walking daily, so I have calories to spare...

I got a step counting app and I use that along with a 2000bmr as my baseline...

I just practice 'proper food combining'. Start the day with some warm water and fruit followed by something like a avocado, kale, mushroom, and tomato. Dinner would be some kind of veggies with either beans or nuts. Try to be done eating by 6 or 8. Some days skip breakfast and just fill up on water/tea. Yesterday I did 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 1 kiwi for breakfast. Oatmeal with cinnamon basil and chives and pancakes for lunch. Dinner was brown rice, chickpeas, onions, and cilantro. No homo but I can only eat soft food right now so thats why I ate like that:dame: .

Fo now im just focused on try to have smooth digestion because as far as im concerned if you are putting the right stuff in and its exiting at the rate it should you are already cutting out a lot of issues plus im not trying to go back to having those problems again

Good question, I'm assuming he's saying his basal metabolic rate would burn half of those calories naturally but how does he burn the other 1500 is my question. I do 50 mins of cardio 5 days a week and only burn about 1100 calories from that and the weightlifting.

Letter carrier...

I was walking 3-4 miles to work after going to the gym... and walking up to 11 miles a day during work...and we not counting other movements...mind you this the beginning of my weight loss

So bmr+work/exercise

It takes a lot for the body to shut down..I was sometimes eating one meal or even water fasting..

I drag on anything more then 500 calories deficit.

When you walk all day, you dont even notice it...

In saying that, I had my days where I was lagging heavy...that's when I know I need to get some heavy food in my system...

All in all, I was tired of being fat and I needed a change
