Bout to start my 2000+ calorie Breakfast.

for 900 calories I make a parfait which is dairy free for my lactose brehs.

Use the whole container of this, a can of dole pineapple slices and Sally's Mini Wheat cereal from Walmart. Put the pineapple into your big bowl or Tupperware then 40 pieces of the cereal, pour yogurt over.

4 boiled eggs

2 Grilled Almond butter and Jelly sandwiches on Country Harvest Sunflower Flax bread: 130 calories a slice.
520 calories for the bread alone, I never count spreads (butters, jams) towards my daily consumption.


5 Aussie Rolls from Costco.

These have milk in them unfortunately and affect me 6pm:francis:


2424 calories without calculating the almond butter or jam on the sandwiches.

Updated the post with foods for breakfast. Eggs are the heaviest for me.

I find that eating while making the next meal works for me. I don't get full because I see my next meal.

been in and out of gyms for over 20 years....have helped out of shape family members change their lifestyle habits

anybody serious about a strong core should make sure to target upper abs....lower abs AND the obliques

in terms of best bang for your buck......a cheap long flat rubber mat and an exercise wheel are all you need

your can do ab movements on the mat and then use it to protect your floor as you use the ab wheel

Sometimes people start thinking that things are more complicated than they really are.

My stomach has gone down quite a bit and I lost 19lbs in almost 3 months...

I burn between 2500-3000 calories a day..
On an off day from work where I don't go to the gym is probably 2000..

I try to stay in the 1500 to 1800 range for calories...my sex drive has taken a hit:to:

My diet list is lamb/tuna wrap with white sauce

Lamb over rice

Egg and cheese on a roll

Peanut butter and banana smoothie with spinach/maca/eggs/and nut milk (pause:dame:)

Rice and beans with cod fish

Fish with cabbage(mac and cheese sometimes)

Those the only things I been eating and drinking

Sparkling water or the Gatorade with no calories..

If I'm that hungry, I will eat a pack of cashews...

I measure calories and estimate the rest...

No meat or beef since november..:ld:...

1500-1800 calories though. Seems very low. Why would it affect you're sex drive though :dame:
