My stomach has gone down quite a bit and I lost 19lbs in almost 3 months...
I burn between 2500-3000 calories a day..
On an off day from work where I don't go to the gym is probably 2000..
I try to stay in the 1500 to 1800 range for calories...my sex drive has taken a hit
My diet list is lamb/tuna wrap with white sauce
Lamb over rice
Egg and cheese on a roll
Peanut butter and banana smoothie with spinach/maca/eggs/and nut milk (pause
)
Rice and beans with cod fish
Fish with cabbage(mac and cheese sometimes)
Those the only things I been eating and drinking
Sparkling water or the Gatorade with no calories..
If I'm that hungry, I will eat a pack of cashews...
I measure calories and estimate the rest...
No meat or beef since november..
