Broner, once again, had good flashes and even hurt Mikey a few times late, but just no gas and no desire to throw. He was breathing like his was about to pass out after round 4.

Hes an idiot. Being loyal is one thing but the way that he handled that situation had nothing to do with loyalty and everything to do with him being an idiot. He could've respectfully turned the deal down citing loyalty to Haymon as the reason and it wouldn't have been an issue. Instead he reacted like dumb dusty cat who doesn't know any better, which he doesn't. Haymon and his team had to make him eat crow and apologize because it was such a bad look.

at this cat having a promotion company. He can't even run his own career effectively why would you think that he can shape/mold someone else's?

As for him and his career he is the 2nd youngest 4 division champ of all time and pre move up to 147, was legit. He doesn't have the hunger or want to be great. He is content with making money. He is nothing like Ali though, he is clearly a floyd knock off without the mental discipline or want to be great.

All that "2nd youngest 4 division champ" shyt means nothing. His best win is going the distance and get a split decision against paulie. When you say that he doesn't have the hunger you mean that he doesn't have the heart. His mouth is much much bigger than his heart and that's a terrible combination for a fighter. I don't see how anyone can root for someone like that unless you know him personally or some shyt.

...... Adrien's tenure as being Al Haymon's "court jester" for big fights is over

matter of fact it's mostly the hype of broner fights that draw me in

because myself and a couple of friends were trying our best to see this fight while I was vacationing in florida..

but none of us had access to showtime and the local bars and sport lounges were only showing that UFC shyt..

He has a great chin, he should look for B-/c+ opponents that would make crowd pleasing fights.

Andre Berto and Victim Ortiz werent great fighters but made for a very entertaining fight, thats what Broner needs.
