All those guys were 2nd round picks. Not too far off. The last time they spent a draft pick on a WR in the first 2 rounds was Devante Adams in 2014. First 3 rounds since then? Ty Montgomery in 2015. Crickets since then. Yes, it's possible to get talent in the later rounds but that's easier said than done and they haven't hit on a WR late. Instead of Jordan Love, could've had a 1-2 punch with Adams and Chase Claypool. And that's just the draft. They aren't even making trades or hitting FA for a WR. Outside of Adams in 2014, they haven't invested in pass catchers for Rodgers.
