With your body already having antibodies to fight covid via vaccine, your body will dispel the virus faster and with less symptoms (symptoms are a infection vector for viruses).

Stop spreading lies, with the vaccine 1/ less chance of getting covid, this less likely to spread, also reduce amount of virus in your droplets so less chance to spread, see articles below
