breh its Grunfail.. he's been GM for 13 years and hasn't won shyt. Thompson atleast managed to build a championship team 5 years ago...

Wittman and McCarthy seem to be a good comparison though I'd argue McCarthy is the better overall coach as he's won a lot of regular season games..but trips over himself in the postseason. Wittless seems to be a different coach in the playoffs but wont get a top 4 seed
