Yeah, thats why I think it'd be more along the lines of him being charged with accessory to murder. Im guessing he let a friend borrow the car, the guy went out and murdered somebody. I doubt he called and snitched on his friend, more likely than not in these cases people will try to help their friend out and commit crime without even realizing it.
